Using our web site indicates that you accept all of the terms of use
listed here. If you do not accept our terms, please do not use our site.
We may add to, renew, or change these terms from time to time. If you
continue to use any site on JustEnough, you accept the terms then in

Our Free Service
JustEnough is a free service. We only require that you follow these
terms and conditions as you use our sites. You may register to be a
member
on our site which will give you additional benefits such as a free email
account and access to chat rooms and message board posting. We do require
that you log in each time you use one of these services. The information
on the registration form is used only to protect users from impersonating
other users (each login name is an individual name; ie, there can be
only one" GuitarSlayer"). If you do register as an official member,
you may not authorize anyone else to use JustEnough with your account
or password. You may communicate with other individuals or companies
through JustEnough, buy goods or services or participate in promotions.
We are not responsible or liable for anything related to these activities
because you communicate and participate in such activities at your own
risk. Please read our Privacy Policy also.
Warranties
We provide JustEnough "as is," without warranties of any kind
(including the implied warranties of any kind(including the implied warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement),
unless such warranties cannot be legally excluded. This means that you
use JustEnough at your own risk and we are not promising that you will
obtain any specified type of information or any minimum level of service.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that we, and those parties that help us to create, maintain
or deliver JustEnough content, are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, special or exemplary damages (including for example, lost
profits and damages from loss of use) resulting from using JustEnough,
unless the law requires us to be liable for such damages. On the other
hand, if you fail to follow these terms at any time, we can immediately
stop you from ever using JustEnough again and you will be responsible
for any damages that we may suffer.
JustEnough Content
Except for email that you have marked as private or confidential, anytime
you send us anything (pictures, graphics, information, articles, postings,
or data, all of which we will generally refer to as "content")
you are giving us the right to edit it, copy it, make it part of something
else and publish it in any way or manner. If you send us content, it
is your responsibility to make sure that you have permission to use it
and to send it to us so that we can use it. You can continue to use the
content even after you send it to us, so long as you either own the content
yourself or the person owning the content gave you the right to use it.
With the exception of email to us that you have marked as private or
confidential, you should consider everything posted to JustEnough sites
as public information. The content of chats and message boards, is not
endorsed by JustEnough and we are not responsible for its accuracy. We
reserve the right to screen all postings and to monitor all chat discussions,
although we are not obligated to do so. We have the right to remove any
or all content we receive from users of JustEnough. We are not responsible
for any material on the site that you might find objectionable.
JustEnough may provide you with links to other sites. We are not responsible
for the information or services provided by those sites and the fact
that we provided you with a link to them does not mean that we endorse
the site or the information or services provided by the site.
Conduct on our Sites
You are responsible for your behavior and conduct while logged on at
JustEnough. We retain the right to edit or delete any part of the content
that is published, displayed or distributed on the site. You also agree
that you will not:
(a) harass or stalk other users, that is, you won't insult them or send
them unwanted messages
(b) impersonate any other person or identify yourself as anyone else,
such as sending messages identifying yourself as a JustEnough employee
(c) use vulgar, abusive or offensive language while at JustEnough
(d) post material that could reasonably be considered defamatory, libelous,
threatening, obscene or vulgar, offensive to racial or ethnic sensibilities
or otherwise objectionable
(e) use JustEnough to gather any type of personal information from other
people, such as, for example, email addresses
(f) use JustEnough to post advertising, promotional or solicitation material.
In addition, JustEnough will not permit any conduct that it believes
will keep others from using or enjoying the site. Treating each other
with respect is the basic rule that we ask you to follow. That way all
of us can enjoy our learning experience to the fullest.
JustEnough Email Accounts
JustEnough provides free email accounts to registered members. Use of the free web-based email service is subject to these terms and conditions:
(a) JustEnough retains the right to terminate email accounts due to inactivity. Inactivity is defined as failure to login to the service for sixty days. At that point, the account content such as messages, folders and addresses will be deleted and all incoming messages bounced back to the sender. The account may be reactivated at any time, but the account content (messages, etc.) will no longer exist.
(b) User shall not use the JustEnough email service for spamming. Spamming includes, but is not limited to (1) the bulksending of unsolicited messages, or the sending of unsolicited e-mails which provoke complaints from recipients, (2) the sending of junk mail, (3) the use of distribution lists that include people who have not given specific permission to be included in such distribution process, (4) posting commercial ads to USENET newsgroups that do not permit it, (5) posting articles containing binary encoded data to a non-binary newsgroups, (6)excessive and repeated posting off-topic messages to newsgroups, (7)excessive and repeated cross-posting, (8) e-mail harassment of another Internet user or users, including but not limited to, transmitting any threatening, libelous or obscene material, or material of any nature which could be deemed to be offensive, and (9) the e-mailing of age- inappropriate communications or content to anyone under the age of 18.
(c) User agrees to use JustEnough email addresses containing the names of colleges, universities, celebrities, entertainment properties, businesses, or teams for personal use only and not for any commercial purpose.
(d) JustEnough assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store, deliver or timely deliver messages. JustEnough may, from time to time and without notice, set limit(s) on the number of messages a member may send, store, or receive through the service, and JustEnough retains the right to delete any emails above or below such limit(s) as well as to deactivate any account which is over such limit(s) without any liability whatsoever.
